Meidebao’s core 5HP industrial evaporative cooling air conditioner runs at rated power of 5KW with maximum airflow at 6000m³/h. The outdoor unit adopts wet evaporative condenser to cut down refrigerant condensing temperature and reduce compressor workload. Different from conventional air-cooled AC running under full load all day long, the unit takes advantage of natural water evaporation heat absorption for auxiliary heat dissipation, eliminating extra large cooling tower and simplifying pipeline construction on site.

One standard 5HP unit can steadily cover 150–200 square meters factory space without full airtight reconstruction of steel buildings. Operating noise is controlled below 65dB(A), satisfying noise restriction rules for hardware and electronic production workshops. Two installation versions are available: floor-standing cabinet type and duct suspended type; suspended unit makes full use of overhead space without occupying ground production area.
